I have moved it there for several reasons, the major one being that Eskimo North provides a web hosting environment that I am more comfortable with.
All that remains at this site is this introductory page, and some JavaScript.
A google search one day, revealed to me that the pages were still here. Thus, an unintentional archive of the material is here.
The Table of Contents still works. So you can see some of the changes I have made over the last two or so years.
